Card and cash, with or without code

Card payments on a secure page, cash paid at an agent, payment links you share and a checkout page we host. Everything on this page works in the sandbox today.

I. Card payments

Cards, on a secure page

Your customer opens your link or leaves your site, pays on our payment partner’s secure page, and comes back. The card number is typed there: it never passes through you, or through us.

  • Visa, Mastercard and Moroccan bank cards
  • Protected by 3-D Secure, the check of your customer’s own bank
  • A card payment starts at 1 MAD
  • The outcome reaches you in the dashboard, or by webhook
  • Refunds in full or in part

II. Cash at an agent

Cash, for customers without a card

Your customer receives a payment code on a voucher. They give the code at a CashPlus agent, pay in cash, and keep the receipt. You are told when it is paid.

  • A cash payment starts at 100 MAD
  • The code is good for a few days, and the voucher shows its deadline
  • The voucher is printed, or shared by WhatsApp or SMS
  • Your customer also pays a small stamp fee at the agent, on top of your amount
  • From the dashboard too, without code: Create, then Cash voucher

IV. Hosted checkout

A payment page we host for you

The page your customers pay on, whether they come from a link or from your own site. It shows the amount, your business name and the ways to pay, and it is made for phones first.

  • In French, Arabic and English, with a language switch
  • Card and cash on the same page: your customer chooses
  • A striped TEST band in test mode, so nobody takes it for a real page

V. Refunds

Refunds, from the dashboard

Open a card payment, choose Refund, and send back all of it or a part. Who may refund depends on their role in your team.

  • A card payment is refunded in full or in part
  • Each refund carries a reason: a duplicate, a fraud, or the customer’s request
  • In live mode a refund can take a few business days to complete
  • A cash payment cannot be refunded through AdProMaxPay: you settle it with your customer directly

VI. Balances

Balances that say where the money is

Payzone, a licensed payment institution, holds the funds from your payments and settles them to you. Your dashboard keeps the ledger: what is pending, what is available, and every line that moved them.

  1. I.

    A payment succeeds

  2. II.

    Pending

  3. III.

    Available

  4. IV.

    Settled by Payzone

  • Pending first, then available after a holding period set at activation
  • Every payment, refund and fee is a line you can open
  • An export of the lines, for your accountant

VII. The dashboard

And the rest, in one place

What surrounds a payment, for the people who run the business and the people who build it.

  • Payments

Each one with its timeline: what happened, and when.

  • Customers

Who pays you, and all their payments on one page.

  • Team

Invite your colleagues, each with a role and its permissions.

  • API keys

Created, rolled and revoked from the dashboard.

  • Webhooks

Your endpoints and every delivery sent to them.

  • Events and request logs

What happened, and what your code asked for.

  • API limits

The limits that apply to you, and a way to ask for more.

  • Activation

Your application to go live, and where it stands.
